DS 07/22: How can you check your systems RAM for problems, without using Dell Diagnostics?
Other than using Dell Diagnostics, what method would you use to check your systems RAM for problems?

In addition to the suggestion by @DCookTech you can download and install memtest86, which for my money is one of the best RAM test pieces of software. That is available here and even one error during testing is a fail. Make sure to d/l the free version.

If you're running Windows there is a built in Memory Diagnostic you can run. Open the Start menu and type Memory. Windows Memory Diagnostic should show up, choose that and you'll get two options. Reboot and check RAM now, or next time you reboot.

I use Karhu Ram Test. This tool helped me also a lot to test RAM stability for my overclocked gaming pc.
