Hello,

i recently bought a Laptop named in the Description above on Ebay.

My problem now is, this System doesnt recognize any HDD/SSD im putting in. In the System manual stands that i can use a SSD even on the WWAN port, but that does not  work either.

Can somebody tell me what i can do now?

Bios version is 1.34, i updated it.

I am very frustratet that i cant use that laptop. And dont know if that thig is now ready for trash or not...

Thanks for your help guys.

Are you installing a M.2 2280 SSD?  A NVMe SSD will not work.

In addition, you will not be able to boot from anything in the WWAN slot. That hack is for additional storage.

@nyc10036  my wwan wont recognize an additional ssd either,. ive tried m2,. ive tried nvme,.. 2242 ssd,. everything lines up but nothing,..theres no way to activate it through disk managenment either,. is there a cmd?

im also running a latitude 7214 rugged extreme, with a 500gb m2 ssd in the caddy which is functional just the wwan is not,. and id really like to find a way to add a 2nd drive to this machine,
