I couldn't wait for an answer any longer, so I removed the battery et windows has restarted.
I have tried to upgrade to A04 version (current A01) and the firmare flashing successed but the step "sending intel(r) management engine fw update" stopped to 0%.

No, the screen is still with "Flash progress 0%" since Monday morning. I don't know if I can stop it without damage?

For now I have given up on updating the bios

mine is 100%, still did not start or power down. I unplugged power and waiting for battery gone.
it is second time to my Dell Precision 5760.
