Frauded Computer - Need Help

I noticed after i went out for a few hours and came back home my computer was tampered with. my lattitude E7440 has a whole new set of drivers on it and it looks like someone is remoting in to steal my passwords and identity. Can anyone tell me if these drivers here belong on my system and how they are doing it?
