G5590 - No bootable devices found - BIOS update 09/20 - No Bitlocker Key

The 6th of Sept I just update the last BIOS upload.
"no bootable devices found" message, so I checked all devices using the diagnostic program from BIOS and didn't found any error.
Using prompt I can see HD but not the NVME (where is located OS) cause of Bitlocker.
Unfortunatly when I access on my Microsoft account, looking for Bitlocker Key, Microsoft says that I must recive a code by email but never arrived, so I add my telephone number on the "Security sytem", in that way I recived the message with that code, but unfortunatly Microsoft blocks my access (expt for Outlook, Word etc..) to the Bitlocker key not before the 6th of October 'cause addding my thephone number I modified the "Security settings".
I also try to flash the BIOS but dosen't work, after that the PC restart and it comes a drivers diagnostic, but at the end: "no bootable devices found".

Please, I need my PC back for work
