Thank you. I can confirm this worked for me as well on DELL Optiplex 5070 SFF.
It appears like DELL quality control did not check the 1.4.4 BIOS before it was deployed and it's still being downloaded and installed by SupportAssist and manually from DELL.com
I also noticed two other items immediately after installing v1.4.4 bios:
1) the BIOS 1.4.4 update caused the dell logo to disappear on boot leaving the circling dots alone until Windows started.
2) the BIOS 1.4.4 update caused the Error Code: 2000-0151 UEFI ROM Error on first boot up after bios upgrade on the Bios screen just one time, saying hard drive error: could not send DST Short. No other errors since.
I did not go back to v1.4.4. I decided to stay with v1.3.1 for now so that I do not encounter any more v1.4.4 issues.
Hello Dell? can you get this fixed so we do not have to go through this hassle?

Gentlemen,
I've just solve same issue on the Latitude 7400.
After an upgrade to BIOS v1.9.1 I was stuck with this awful message. Not acceptable from user experience standpoint.
To solve it:
Thank you all,
Ludo

What if we actually need AMT Capabilities enabled as we have a lot of vPro Enabled computers?

I had this issue on my Dell Optiplex 5260 AIO. I did not have the option to disable in the BIOS so I had to boot into the MEBx BIOS using either Ctrl P or F12. Once there I had to enter the default password and change it and then I was able to disable Intel Management. I save and re-booted and the error was gone. Went back in and then re-enabled it and the error was still gone. So far that is the only fix I could find.

Myself faced this issue in Latitude 5300 2in1 model after updating bios to 1.10.4 on 7th October 2020. Based on surfing and comments provided on below charts, have tried to navigate to BIOS with F12 and then disabled Intel AMT Capability under Manageability and then exited BIOS screen. Again it came with same message, so logged into my laptop and then done shutdown. Now i am not getting this screen during boot.

This issue is still prevalent in the v1.8.0 BIOS for Optiplex 7060 and 1.5.0 for Optiplex 5070. We do not want AMT disabled. Are there other fixes available?

Same problem on the 5400 Latitude. Have to disable in the BIOS; Manageability>Intel AMT Capability, then you'll be able to do the mapping.

Was having the same issue on Dell Latitude 5400 with Bios version 1.9.1 and it was very annoying.
None of the suggested fixes worked.
Upgraded BIOS to 1.10.1 issue is resolved.

It works but must disconnect laptop (Latitude 5400) from universal dock after disabling AMT in BIOS.
Without universal dock, power up and observed no more annoying message.
Reconnect universal dock and power up again and don't see that console redirection msg anymore.
Thank you for the help. Dell Support.
