Latitude 3380 - Electrical buzzing sounds coming from internal components

Recently my Latitude 3380 has been generating some electrical buzzing sounds from the right side of the laptop. I can't tell if it's the fan or some sort of damage to one of the other components. The sound is combined with a whirring from the fan and can be easily heard in a quiet room.

When I turn power saving mode on, it seems to help the buzzing sound but doesn't get rid of it completely. I haven't had my laptop for very long, less than six months and I don't take it out too often so I doubt it's due to any dust clogging the vents. My laptop is still under warranty if there are no other options but I thought I would ask here first.
