Latitude 5175 graphic driver BSOD issue

I've updated several drivers and my windows occur BSOD after a single day

BSOD code was 0x13a and related to graphic driver. I guess it happens when the system is in deep sleep state

I did every works to verify which one makes BSOD before removing graphic driver

Resetting windows, Using !verify in powershell, but still BSOD is occuring because windows 10 installs latest graphic driver automatically

Finally I removed latest driver and installed previous HD 515 driver in Intel website. It is NOT DCH version. I've installed version 15.45 driver.

After 2 days, everything is okay now. No more BSOD in deep sleep state
