Latitude 7212 Rugged Tablet Dock
We have a fleet of 7212 rugged tablets and rugged docks, Manufacturer Part F5Y9P
Dell Part 470-ABNJ.
This is the dock where you place the tablet and tilt the device back.
We have noticed that due to the magnetic underside of the tablet, that metal bits/swarf collect and the residue is left on the dock once the tablet is removed, sometimes hindering the docks capacity to connect.
Anyone else experience this?
We are implementing a clean/wipe solution but keen to get your feedback.
