Latitude 7320, error 8007139F

I was recently asked to update the Dell support software on my laptop by our IT department. I did so and then ran the software. It went through its process successfully and then asked me to update driver and BIOS settings. I agreed to this and since then my machine will not boot up.  It starts show me a bit locker screen and then within a few seconds will got a blue there was a problem screen showing the following error code: 8007139F.  Sadly this machine is Windows 10 so the F8 button is not on to get me to Safe Mode. I have also tried the power cycle 3 time to start recovery but that isn't working either.  Storage is on ACHI.
