Latitude E5540 PCR7 binding is not possible
Intune compliance policy reports Secure Boot is not enabled even though it is.
When I go to System information (as admin) -> PCR7 Configuration -> binding is not possible
TPM, UEFI and Secure boot all enabled in BIOS.
When running tpm.msc -> TPM is ready for use BUT it is version 1.2. I can't find a Dell utility to update it to v2.0. All of the ones I have found and tried have not worked.
Windows version: 20H2 (OS Build 19042.685)
All drivers and BIOS updated using Dell utility.
Any idea where I can find a utility to update the ATML (Manufacturer version 41.1) TPM chip to v2.0?
