Latitude Rugged Extreme touchpad settings

Question

I need to turn off touchpad tapping. There is no touchpad app installed that I can find. Mouse settings are available but useless for the touchpad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I followed these instructions and got it sorted out. Thanks for nothing Dell. A $5,000 laptop and I have to spend hours to configure a touchpad. https://www.windowscentral.com/how-enable-precision-touchpad-drivers After reboot the solution above is not effective and the mouse seems to default back to PS/2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
