Missing touchpad multifinger tap settings

Hello!
I have no settings for multifinger tap in Windows 10 -> Settings -> Devices -> Touchpad.

My laptop is Latitude 7480. I already have installed "Dell Touchpad Settings" but there have no settings for middle-click with three or four-finger tap.
