Only systems with 6th generation and earlier CPUs support Windows 7 -- and only for another 14 months. All support for WIndows 7 ends in January 2020 -- so there's little point in buying a new system with it, since you will, within a period of just over a year, need to resolve whatever it is that ties you to this operating system so you can move to Windows 10. You may as well resolve that now, before buying a new system.

ejn63 is correct.  Microsoft is not supporting running Windows 7 on newer CPUs, which means Dell and other vendors are not providing Windows 7 drivers for those systems because there's no point in them testing a configuration that Microsoft won't even support.  And even apart from all of that, Microsoft will stop providing security updates for Windows 7 in a little bit over a year, and if XP is any indication, browser vendors will stop providing updates to their browsers on Windows 7, at which point using the Internet on that system would become unsafe at best and completely non-functional at worst if the browsers don't support required features.  If you're asking for Windows 7 because you've decided you simply don't like newer versions, then it may be time for you to look at Linux, such as Ubuntu or Mint.  If you really want to run Windows 7 despite the fact that it will stop being supported soon, then look into buying a used system from the Dell Outlet or any third-party vendor.

Ok, thanks for reply

In this case i will buy a new model which support both 7 & 10 and use 7 on it until 2020.

I found as i say DELL Latitude 5580 which has good configurations and supports both systems.

Is there any others suggestions ?

I don't see any 5580 systems for order with other than 7th generation CPUs now - so you may have to go with an outlet model or old stock from Amazon, Newegg, etc.

My guess is Intel is no longer making Skylake CPUs (they're now two generations old).

You're asking for other suggestions without specifying any factors that are important to you in choosing a laptop, other than Windows 7 support.  If you want help from others, you need to provide information for them to work with.  As we both said above, you need to find systems with 6th Gen Core CPUs.  The Latitude 5580 is available with both 6th and 7th Gen Core options (specifically so Dell could offer Windows 7 support on one more laptop generation without forcing everyone else to accept an older generation CPU), so make sure you order a 6th Generation unit if you insist on running Windows 7 until the bitter end.  Other Latitude xx80 system models like the 7480 are similarly available with both CPU generations, so you can look into them as well, but again you're not specifying any priorities for your laptop, which rather complicates making specific model recommendations.

One additional thought in addition to the above: 7th Gen CPUs brought some reasonably significant improvements in battery life.  Seems a bit of a waste to deliberately buy older hardware just to be able to delay the inevitable for one more year.  After that year, you're just stuck with a worse system than you could've had.

The reason i want it supports W7, is because I have some softwares running only on windows 7 and less.

As i understand 7th generation Intel works only with W10, so i'm looking for one with 6th Genration Intel which has drivers for windows 7 available.

Look at the Dell Outlet or for old stock from another retailer.  Nothing in the sixth-generation is still available new from Dell in the 5x80 series.

I think you're going to find that most of the 5x80s that shipped with Skylake CPUs were of the i3 type -- further restricting your choices.

You can likely also find refurbished systems for very low cost that will suit your needs.  Example

Have you tried running the software in Windows 10 in compatibility mode?

I had some drivers available only in Windows 7 version, and I was able to install them in Windows 10 without errors by choosing compatibility mode.

Of course, if you software is XP or older then it may be problematic.
