Occasionaly no boot / no bios available on website / access denied when clicking on service-tag
Hi together
My Dell Latitude 5500 which I bought 2 years ago, many times does not boot. Keyboard lights go on, but after 10 seconds go off again. It takes 4-5 attempts to really start the PC.
My service tag has expired. Although the Dell website recognizes it, I cannot update my BIOS drivers, because on the "drivers and downlaods" site I get the message:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.dell.com/support/home/de-de/product-support/servicetag/0-ekxCc3NBbVdkMndDeHo1VkZBQmtCdz090/overview" on this server.
There appears to be no e-mail to contact DELL support from.
Any help is appreciated
Thanks

Thanks @nyc10036 , I could update the drivers, but still I do not find the Dell site with the full-hardware self test. And the problem with booting persists. Sometimes it takes like 10 minutes and 4-5 boot attempts.

Still no response from the manufacturer, for a product which I paid for that does not work properly?
