Problem with Spacebar on keyboard
Recently, the spacebar began malfunctioning. When I do a normal keystroke, it will either not work at all, or keep going and create a long string of spaces as if I were holding it down.
I can get it to stop occasionally by pressing the spacebar (it takes a few times/unpredictable) or pressing the delete/backspace keys.
Advice on how to fix this? I took the keyboard piece off to see if it was the issue and it still persists even when I press the space button alone.

First of all can you please post the exact model of your system?
Try an external keyboard and if it works properly then your only choice is to replace the laptop keyboard.
