Welcome to the Dell Community @Mustaphabedjeloud
Make sure all peripheral devices are disconnected.
Then check the "Device Manager" and post the hardware ID's of any device that has a "?" mark.

You need to install drivers starting with chipset.

I tried all the drivers on the official website, I even tried some drivers software, nothing changes.

It actually worked and the question marks disappeared after turning the bluetooth off and appears again when I turn it on.
