Screen pic change

Question

I don't know what to call the screen that opens when you awaken the laptop and before you enter the code to get to the app screen. Dell normally asks me after a time if I like the pic and will switch it if I say no. It has stopped asking and I don't like the pic that is now on every time I open the laptop! I see no setting in display that addresses this screen. Anyone understand my confusion here and can enlighten me?

Open Settings, Personalization, Lock Screen to make changes. There are more settings that you can change on that page. Look around and see what you might do. Check out Themes for background pictures if you haven't used that.
