Assuming the computer was not brand new or nearly new with time left on the one yr warranty, you don't need to register or find the service tag. It could have been refurbished with a new motherboard. Just use the model name and number to find updates at Dell Support. Original one yr Warranties are not transferable to diff countries.

I can return it.
But in that case I would pay shipping costs. I am not from UK.
And the laptop works perfect without problem.

An invalid Service Tag sounds shady, but any time you buy from a seller not in your own country, you have no protection from Dell
.
