Set system password in bios for 7420 using Dell command config
I was trying to configure the security of a Dell Latitude 7420 laptop which needs both Admin and System passwords to be set in Bios. I was able to set all the needed settings except the system password. When I set both the admin and system passwords in the Dell command configure (version 4.5.0 build 205) , export as exe, and then run the exe, it sets all the things except the system password and gives error saying "Password does not meet criteria" but it sets the admin password.
But if set only the system password and remove the admin password, make the exe and run, it sets the system password. Later when I tried and created an exe with only the admin password, i got an error saying "In some systems you cannot set admin password when system password is set."
Strangely if i manually enter both the admin and system passwords in the BIOS, they are set.
Now my question is how do i set both admin and system passwords, using and exe prepared by Dell command config? Even i got the same errors, if i use the command line option of cctk.
How do i solve this?

As per the update from Dell I have disabled the Admin lockout in BIOS. Then prepared a exe using Dell Command Config and made a windows executable. Then ran that exe. Both passwords are set successfully. But
1) But strangely laptop does not prompt for the syspwd during boot. I have to manually login to Bios and set the same password again though it shows a system pwd is already set. Once I've the syspwd set manually in bios, then only the laptop prompts for the syspwd during boot. Very strange.
2. Since the Admin setup lockout is disabled now, how to enable it again? Prepare another exe?
