SupportAssist OS Recovery Not Working
I'm trying to run the OS recovery tool but at the reset and update step, the operation, version, and OS guild fields are all blank. I assume it is due to the recovery partition not being present. Is there any way to proceed from here?

Driver issue. Tried all of the Intel RST drivers I could find and none work.

Yep, I've tried everything and that doesn't work. It's such a garbage OS recovery image. It does not have all of the drivers required or software that came built in with my particular computer. More so, I want the onboard image recovery and repair option or else why the heck did I buy Dell with all of their supposed advanced features and bios connect that doesn't work.
