VPN frequently disconnected with wifi for dell laptop users

Hi,

We have very weird issue when using VPN with wifi. we are using forticlient vpn application. We always have the issue with VPN disconnected  while using with wifi at any place. But there is no issue with using mobile hotspot and LAN cable. Do you have any idea if it is incompatibility issue between vpn client and dell wifi adapter?
