Oh no, that's the driver I currently have installed. I wanted to install the Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers 
the latest one. But the Intel community said I should never try to do that sort of a thing because, my system might have modified drivers from my manufacturer, Dell. I found it was right. You could see the reference image in my first post above all. @DiegoLopez  asked what make my laptop was, he hasn't replied yet. So here's my system's info: Dell Latitude E5430, Intel HD Graphics 4000, Windows 10 64 bit, and 4GB RAM. Can you find a driver compatible for this device please?
