If we start from basic your computer must ping 127.0.0.1 to ensure that its NIC card is working. After that try some basic trouble shooting it will suggest something. Still not working then
Update/replace ur wifi driver with compatible one for this go to device manager select wireless in networks and try the options.
If still not working then search with the exact error in YouTube . You will surely get the solution.
Make sure ur wifi adapter is in fine condition not burnt and all.
Read the question again I have clearly mentioned that my Laptop not showing any Signals so It is not connect to any WiFi, Still I'm using Ethernet. but facing to much problem lithiumbattery

What is the exact model number of your laptop? Without that it is impossible to suggest drivers.
