You should not have to update laptops drivers since the hardware doesn't change. But if a Dell Support tech tells you to update, use the Dell Drivers page. Don't use Support Assist since it sometimes/many times is wrong on drivers especially laptops. The drivers listed at Support for laptops are mainly for reinstalling drivers.
If you have an older laptop that does not have Dell drivers for windows 10, Windows 10 can supply generic drivers if you use Device Manager and Windows Update. It does not replace drivers that are working fine.
