Windows Error 8007139F

Hi Team,

I´ve a Latitude 5480 with LTE & Windows 10. The system shows the error 8007139F. I´ve check it on Google and the error is linked to TPM, Bitlocker, Windows Defender & Proxy configuration.

I´ve updated all frimwares & Drivers  to the last version but the error message stills. Any recomendation about that? Could anybody help me?
