Unless you are in the market for an experiment or can afford to have it fail, it's not a good idea.
Overwhelming odds are the system won't even boot with the XM CPU onboard, since it was never a factory option on this model.
Further, it's a 55W CPU installed on a system designed for a 35W i7 CPU at most. Even if it does POST, chances are the system will throttle it to the point where it'll be slower than the i7 this model does support - the i7 3540m, which did ship in this model line.
