multiple issue - Latitude 7300

We had purchased 5Laptops-Latitude 7300 and since we brought, we are facing regular issues.

E.g.
1. Laptop is fully charged and automatically shutdown/restart, running OS – Win10 Pro 1909 & firmware version –
2. Sometime PCs are running and started hung issue, while user only works in MS Office and at same time utilization was normal.
3. Sometime PC is connected in LAN and showing low network
4. Suddenly one machines network connectivity gone and when we checked MSConfig and found that its on ‘selective mode’ and we tried many things to get it back in normal startup, but not worked. Even formatted system.
5. One of the system’s screen panel gets lose and while talking to Dell support, no one providing support or share escalation matrix.

We are now beginning to regret purchasing of such advance Dell laptop models and as internal IT support team, very difficult for us now to handle escalations due to such substandard equipment – the machines heat up and the speaker and microphone are of abysmal quality – we bought top of the line laptops and it feels as if we were cheated.
