refurb Latitude 5500 is missing M.2 connector-post?

I just bought a refurb Latitude 5500 from Dell Outlet and I planned on replacing the original HD with a nice NVMe SSD. Unfortunately, when I remove the HD and try to mount the new M.2 SSD the 'post' where you put the screw is missing. This doesn't seem like a user-replaceable part; I thought it was built into the motherboard.

Any suggestions?

At this point, I'm tempted to just use electrical tape to mount it, especially if I put a wad at the end where the screw is supposed to go, i.e, so that pressure is holding it in-place, as well as the tape.

Welcome to the Dell Community @sdsalsero858

There is a bracket but I cannot find a part number.

Removing the solid state drive bracket:

I hope Dell support can help???

Yes! Thank you! on my other Latitude there is no add'l bracket for the M.2, and I must have missed that piece when I reviewed the Service Manual.
