Love the work you guys are doing. I have had the DE for both the 9333 and the 9350 (because of a job change). And now seems that I will get the 9360 through insurance. No need to change when I know that I will get a great product.

I have a few of questions for the new release:

* Not counting the configurable parts (disk size, ram, screen, cpu), are there any hardware differences between 9360 with windows and ubuntu? I remember from 9350 that the wireless chip was not the same.

* Considering that this product aims at devs, it seems unlogical to me that there isn't a top specked offer, but with a non-touch screen. I would imagine that there are many of us that would easily exchange touch and hi-dpi with less weight, longer battery and the annoyance of fighting scaling issues in various linux apps. Any reason why this isn't an offer?

* It seems there is no 1 TB option for either US nor EU versions. Any reason for that?

* The docking support with 9350 is still limited. Will the support be better in 9360?

Edit: typos

Identical. It's more consistent and the driver quality/readiness from Qualcomm is pretty good. Plus it means that it's easier for us to offer/change configs.

If we could we would, but it's hard to justify such a unique config given volumes. One day, I hope... But speaking personally, I love the QHD+ display and the pixel crispness and know other devs who like this display.

I'm told it had to do with supply and cost.

No promises yet, but as I've mentioned elsewhere on this forum, we're actively working with partners on support.
