I had same problem followed all the advice from all the wizzards and finally realized the ubuntu 16.04 live cd/usb I created had to be formatted NTFS before I created it in order for the bios to see it. Popped it in, f12'd and there it was in the boot order. All the wizzards said FAT32...wrong.
