No suspend with Ubuntu 19.04 on XPS13 9370

Long story short, I needed to reinstall Ubuntu on my Dell. As the recovery I had wasn't usable (18.04LTS vs 19.04), I grabbed the iso from Ubuntu and installed. All seemed fine, but now it appears I can't suspend my machine. If a suspend is initiated, all seems fine, but after 2 to 15 seconds, the power button, keyboard and display turn on again. Should I be installing some additional software? Or should I perhaps use the official Dell image and do my upgrades to 19.04 again.

Answering my own question. I think my issue is related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1808957 and https://askubuntu.com/a/1036122/59063. For now the solution provided in https://askubuntu.com/a/1036122/59063 seems to work for me.
