Precision 7530 with windows 10 - I want Ubuntu
I have a new Precision 7530 (Service Tag ), with Windows 10 Prof installed, but I would really prefer Ubuntu 18. I know developer editions allow this with a Dell Preinstall. Is it possible to install this image on my laptop.
Do dell allow a customer to download this image ?? for my config
Help would be really appreciated

There is support for this but its not free.
The best way to do this is to install ubuntu ALONGSIDE windows 10.

You can't get the Dell image unless you buy the Developer Edition.
I bought the 9360 Developer Edition. But when 18.04 came out I installed a standard Cannonical ISO.
There's not much of a difference besides preinstalled software. I think the Dell image came with Google Chrome.

Dell OEM images are restricted to customers that purchased the machine with UBUNTU.
This is not something that is free and open to the public.
There is support for Ubuntu but the support is not free.
