Usb Mouse freezing

Hi to all,

I have a particular problem on my XPS13, so if there is someone that could help me I will be very happy!!

XPS13 with dual boot Windows/Ubuntu.

When I work with Ubuntu (14.04) everythinks works perfectly (I have worked so much for this), but when i plug the power socket the usb mouse freeze, if i click on one of two buttons on the mouse it works for some second and then it goes in a freeze status again.

I have a usb external keyboard too, but I haven't any problem with it.

Idea? Suggestion?

Many thanks

Paolo

Honestly it sounds like a hardware issue with the USB mouse itself. I'd try with another one. You could also look in the kernel logs for any error messages, but I'm not sure that'd help significantly.

I have already test with another mouse but the problem is the same.

I found another issue about mouse problem.

I have attacched another monitor via display port.

If I  unplug and then plug the display port connector the moue show the problem.
