Configuring command line mail
I'm currently using kmail to send email but I would like to be able to send mail from the command line. Currently any mail I send from the command line comes back as undeliverable because the senders address is incorrect. The message lists the sender as "gary@bellsouth.net" when it should be "gary_reynolds@bellsouth.net". How can I correct this?
Thanks, geeare

A little more information needs to be flushed out. What CLI client are you using (IE: Mutt, Elm, Mailx, Pico, etc...)? How are you sending the messages: IE is your mail server a local instance of sendmail that forwards the messages on to your bellsouth.net server?
Each mail client/server has a different way to set the "from" address. Without more specifics, it's difficult to provide a solution.
