D1450U modem drive for linux
Hello Linux Fellows
I am searching for a 1450 wireless USB adapter modem for Linux.
I learned from this forum that it doesn't exist...
So, someone could please give me a suggestion about how to connect (wireless) my Dell Dimension 2400, with the Linux Fedora Core 4 installed?
Thank you so much
Fabio

Card: Dell Wireless 1450 (802.11a/b/g) Dual-Band WLAN miniPCI Card
* Chipset: Broadcom BCM4309 (rev 03)
* pciid: 14e4:4324
* Driver: ftp://ftp.dell.com/network/R90501.EXE
* Other: Use bcmwl5a.inf in AR directory. ndiswrapper 1.0, kernel 2.6.10, gentoo. The ndiswrapper module has difficulties to start if your notebook isn't connected to the sector.
Good luck !
