Linux distributions support for PowerEdge SC1435 and 1950

Hi, Would be great to here if any one is running SuSE Linux 9.3 or OpenSUSE 10.2 succesfully on these server models? (Should some HW configurations be avoided?) We are interested in the cheapest configuration without any RAID/RAID support and only one hard disk. No X will run. Some months go I had my hands on a PowerEdge 1950 which would not boot with a SuSE Linux 9.3 in the CD-ROM. Limited time so we installed another distribution. Customer is not willing to buy hardware to test and it is NOT a possibility to use any other distribution then the distributions mentioned above. Regards Lasse
