Precision 7530, multiple problems with Ubuntu and BIOS 1.12.1

I have Precision 7530 Developer Edition with the latest BIOS 1.12.1.

Intel Xeon E-2186M

Quadro P3200 Mobile

128GB DDR 2666 MHz RAM

The worst thing is that the laptop does not come out of suspend mode, screen remains black, it does not come out, but keyboard lights up, cooling is running. Susend works with BIOS 1.11.0 good.

I cannot downgrade the BIOS, it comes "ME Firmware EndUpdate Failed Error" and the update fails.
