Still have linux, but vista is messed up

Well I was putting kaspersky anti-virus on my computer and on reboot vista is dead. The repair option did not work. My linux ubuntu is fine, but I would like windows in there for just one or two reasons. How do I go about getting it back? Reinstall vista, and then do a partition and install linux?
