Vista lock in Spain

Now I'm in Spain and there is no possible way to buy a Dell laptop WITHOUT Vista .. it's a shame ! I hope Dell will soon make available the Dell computers with Linux in Spain and other countries too ! ;) And in the meanwhile, why not to simple give the option of NOT include Vista in a Dell computer purchase, SURE it is easy ! ;) :) So as a "symbolic" protest I have decided to not to buy a Dell computer in Spain until I have the choose to pick different Operating Systems.
