no module found, no operating system found

Question

Friends, my dell laptop configuration is dell inspiron 14 N4010 3gb,320 core i3 windows 7 home premium       I have tried almost all versions of ubuntu after 9.04 release.but still my problem is tolerated only by the 9.04 version.Every time when they make a release i hope oh it might solve my problem..the problem is that when ubuntu has been installed it works fine until I get into windows and restart from windows.it shows error containing the message 'no module found','Please enter any key to exit' , 'no operating system found'.i have given a seperrate partition of 20GB(sda6) for ubuntu.I have searched so many solutions.I would like to install ubuntu ultimate edition Lucid Lynx since it contains all the packages that I needed.         yesterday, I saw a reply post in ubuntu forum. its like this.. sudo grub >root (hd0,0) >setup (hd0) >quit i got an error that the device can't be mounted. i don't know the actual sectors from where it boots... it shows 'Grub loading stage 1.5..'etc.. i have tried the find command also.it also shows error. when i take the ubuntu 9.04 from grub it shows Boot from (hd0,5)..etc.. but when I install other versions its default sector for boot loader installation is hd0.should I change that?i heard that only dell and hp is having this problem.every time a new release comes i hope either ubuntu or dell will fix this problem.it becomes just a hope!! Every time I return back to 9.04 itself.Fortunately its stable every time!!. I have read somewhere that Data safeLocal backup in dell overwrites the MBR, that's why this problem occurs.but i don't like to uninstall it, because its a great tool provided by dell so i tolerates my problem..     I'm  doing my b.tech  course and i like to recommend all my friends to buy dell because of its customer support.i hope anyone will give me the actual procedure that i should follow.Also I want to know why all these problems comes,means technically what is happening in the disk sectors.please give me the details. Thanks in advance..

If you insist on keeping Dell Datasafe, then there is nothing that you can do to fix this problem. Apparently, the old Grub found with Ubuntu 9.04 works with Dell Datasafe, but the new Grub 2 doesn't.

ok then, I was waiting for someone to hear 'uninstall it':).now I'm ready to uninstall it.please let me know is there any problem by uninstalling it in future.I have created the recovery DVD already.Thanks for the link that you have sent to me..please don't be angry upon me for asking you a favor..if you don't mind please send me the steps that i should do..bcz several answers are confusing me..
