How to Control Fans on Ubuntu on Precision 490

I got a Dell Precision 490 running Ubuntu and I want to know what program I can use to control the fans. I've used SpeedFan on windows and it works great but I can't seem to find a program on Linux that works right with the fans and not only do I need the program to be able to control the fans but also show me the Fully Buffered ram temps as that is what I'm more worried about. I ran the CPUs at full power and don't get over 50 so I'm not worried about them, But the ram gets up to 70 so I want to be able to control the memory fan so I can turn it up more to cool the ram off.
