14 year old models use specific diag partition and it cannot be recreated once removed.  This is also why Dell made ISO files for the diag partition as well as installers to put them on FAT16  usb flash drives.

Note: To run this tool, you will need a USB key formatted to FAT16 with a maximum size of 2GB.

That is why they made CD ISO to F12 boot from.

How am I supposed to add all the ISO when the GUI version says 4 floppy discs?

"How am I supposed to add all the ISO when the GUI version says 4 floppy discs?"

You do not add all the iso.  Various versions were made and work generally across models.  The diags are MSDOS which is why a 2 GIG FAT16 flash drive is required.  Otherwise you burn the ISO to a CDR and F12 boot from that.

You are asking for support for a model that is over 12 years past END OF LIFE  END OF SUPPORT.

Most windows 10 versions are also End of Life End of support. In general things have a 5 year system design life cycle.  Warranty and support cannot be extended beyond that. Models made in 2016 are End of life in December 2021.
