Error in VBScript ClientBatteriesUnitMonitor.vbs

We experience many warning and error events for the monitor 'Dell Client Batteries Health Status'. So I started analyzing the issue and it seems there is a bug in the VBScript ClientBatteriesUnitMonitor.vbs.

If I have a look at the battery status with an WMI explorer I get one battery instance with health status 5 which would be OK:

The script also determines one battery instance but returns two values to Status array. These two values are checked and the second null (empty) value turns the monitor into warning state which is not correct:
