SCOM 2012 R2

Just loaded up a SCOM 2012 R2 instance on Server 2012 R2, patched everything up, installed Dell Client Management Pack 5.1, and pushed the client to our Windows 7 machines, which are running the OMCI 8.2.1 client, and fully patched up with SCCM.  Half of the clients now report a fan failure.  I've compared those with failure to those that do not report failures, and cannot find any differences.  I've reset the health, but they just return...  Any ideas?
