Dell Streak 7 - screen comes one but right half turns white

Just got the Dell Streak 7 for Christmas.  Only used it 1/2 dozen times since received and that was at home.

I turned it on this week and the right half of the screen was scrambling and then went white.  It boots up, but I can't get the full screen.  Can see the

left side but right side stays white or starts scrambling then goes back to white.  Is there anything I can do on this or does it require repair?

Very disappointing since it has barely been used.  Please help.
