If you really want the drivers and icc files to be installed for your 2001fp download and extracrt the dell R68954 driver for the 2001fp. locate the folder that the 32 bit driver is in (by default it will be C:\dell\drivers\R68954) and open the file 2001FP.INF with notepad. find and edit the following section:

[Manufacturer]
%DELL%=DELL,NTAMD64 add the ",NTAMD64" part here
;------------------------------------------------- add this line
[DELL.NTAMD64] add this line
%2007WFP_Analog%=2007WFP_Analog.Install, Monitor\DELA018 add this line
%2007WFP_Digital%=2007WFP_Digital.Install, Monitor\DELA019 add this line
save the file and install the drivers, that's all there is to it....
i don't think this will do anything for you in particular but it bothered me so i thought i'de pass it along
