:emotion-2: Ok I know this is almost 4 years later but the 2001FP Monitor has 4 usb downstream connections and 1 upstream connection.
What you need is a usb plug that will fit the upstream connector ( it is one that connects to the back of most printers) on the bottom back and connect the flat usb connector to a port on your computer.
Then your system will install the necceassary drivers automatically and all 4 of your usb connections on the monitor will then work as the should.

Jaczz,
Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
There are no drivers for the monitors usb ports. What devices have you tried in the ports?

I have even tried just connecting one up at a time as well...
Any suggestions?

Six years later, still useful information!
