Are both video outputs at 32 bit color (true color), if so the actual LCD panels must differ. Try putting a gray scale image up on each screen (no color) and try to match by setting R/G/B levels on the monitor that is Not To Your Liking, to match the one that is. Reduce the level of dominant tint. It's possible the back light is different, too.
