All we can do is look up the Dell Order number and replace it if under warranty.

Ok. Is there a way to look up Order number by that PPID on your side?

The PPID number only tells us the build date. It is not tied to the warranty purchased. Without the Dell Order number, we cannot see the original warranty.

Thank you!

No. They are exclusive of each other.

Ok, I'll try my best to dig that Order number out.

What if it's out of warranty? How much would it be to get firmware updated for out-of-warranty monitor?

Thank you!

Flashing the firmware at home is not supported by Dell. We would simplyreplace it if under warranty. If out of warranty, there is nothing we can do.

Sorry to hear that. I'm still trying to get that Order number.

At the same time, if anyone outside of Dell has any knowledge on how to upgrade 2007WFP firmware - please let me know :emotion-1:
